Startup Factory unveils cutting-edge innovations at MECSPE

Italian manufacturing is facing numerous challenges and opportunities, from the rise of artificial intelligence to the need for sustainable practices. Addressing these issues head-on is Start Up Factory, a three-day event taking place at MECSPE from March 6-8.

Organized by Industrio Ventures in collaboration with industry partners, Start Up Factory aims to showcase Italy’s most promising startups while facilitating discussions on global manufacturing trends. Topics will include Industry 5.0, AI, ecological transition and open innovation.

On the second day of the event, Professor Francesco Leali will present MUNER – Motorvehicle University of Emilia Romagna. This initiative, a collaboration between universities and automotive companies, aims to address the technological transformation of the automotive sector and bridge the gap between industry demand and educational supply.

Gabriele Paglialonga, CEO of Industrio Ventures, emphasized the importance of such initiatives in fostering innovation and collaboration between academia and industry.

The Start Up Factory, located at Pavilion 21, Stand B72 (Digital Factory), promises to be a platform for breakthrough ideas and collaborations that will shape the future of Italian manufacturing.
